CAREERSOURCE BROWARD WELCOMES YAITE ARTHMANN TO BROWARD WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – CarerSource Broward (CSBD) is pleased to announce the appointment of Yaite Arthmann to the Broward Workforce Development Board (BWDB). Arthmann is the Area 7 Director for the Florida Department of Education’s Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and joins a respected group of leaders from the business, labor, education, and nonprofit sectors who are dedicated to strengthening Broward County’s workforce and expanding economic opportunity throughout the region.

A Navy veteran, educator, and workforce champion, Arthmann brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning education, public service, and vocational rehabilitation. From leading schools and teaching at the college level to overseeing emergency management operations and expanding workforce opportunities for individuals with disabilities, her career reflects a commitment to service and community impact.

“Yaite’s extensive experience in education, workforce development, and public service, along with her commitment to expanding opportunities for individuals across our community, will be a valuable asset to the board,” said Carol Hylton, President/CEO of CareerSource Broward.
