Pharmacy Operations Manager

Dr. Teresita Ortiz holds a PharmD from Nova Southeastern University, a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, and an MBA from Florida International University. She serves as an experiential preceptor for NSU and pharmacy technician programs. With experience as a clinical pharmacist, coordinator, and manager, she now leads as Operations Manager at Memorial Hospital West Pharmacy.

Lead Supervisor & Program Associate Director

Kimberly Benavente is a pharmacist specializing in leadership, education, and patient care. She completed PGY-1 and PGY-2 residencies in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at Memorial Healthcare System. Currently, she enhances pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and quality initiatives while mentoring residents and students as a PGY-2 HSPAL Associate Director, PGY-1 Preceptor, and APPE Preceptor.
