TO WORK AT THE FBI, YOU NEED TO MEET SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING:
Must be a U.S. citizen • No felony convictions, and good standing with student loan and tax obligations • Adherence to the FBI's drug policy and passing a urinalysis For Special Agents, generally between 23 and 36 (with exceptions) • Bachelor's degree (or higher) and relevant work experience • Valid driver's license with a minimum of six months of driving experience • Ability to obtain a Top-Secret SCI clearance • Meeting the FBI's physical fitness requirements • Ability to legally possess and carry a firearm
