This event will be both in-person and virtual.

Discover how registered apprenticeships can help aviation employers develop skilled talent, address critical workforce shortages, reduce training costs, and improve employee retention.

Guest Speaker:
Charlene Pou, Regional Director, Southeast US, Apprenti

Ms. Pou brings more than a decade of workforce development experience, with expertise in registered apprenticeships, employer engagement, and talent pipeline development.

In-person attendees will enjoy a complimentary breakfast and the opportunity for live networking.

Breakfast and networking will start at 8:30AM, and the forum will begin at 8:45AM.
