This event will be both in-person and virtual.

Join us as we examine and present options for the recruitment and retention challenges faced by employers in this industry.

Ian Schwartz, VP of Operations - Stiles Construction

Ian brings 40 years of hands-on leadership in delivering complex projects plus a sharp focus on building strong teams and quality outcomes. As Chair of Coral Springs’ Planning and Zoning Board and a leader in Broward’s Generals Club, he connects local businesses to real-world workforce solutions and community-driven growth.

In-person attendees will enjoy a complimentary breakfast and the opportunity for live networking.

Breakfast and networking will start at 8:30AM, and the forum will begin at 8:45AM.
